Virginio Cassina S.r.l. has finalized the acquisition of Valetudo SRL, a company active in the dermocosmetics sector, from Valefin S.r.l. The acquisition was made through the newly established vehicle Leva S.p.A.
The financial funding required for the acquisition was raised partly through equity and partly through a bank loan provided by Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A.
Virginio Cassina was assisted, for the legal aspects related to the transaction and financing, by TALEA – Tax Legal Advisory with Gabriele Consiglio and Fabrizio Lanzoni, and for the tax and commercial aspects by Scalvedi, Nosari e Associati with Dr. Carlo Scalvedi.
Valefin S.r.l. was assisted for legal, tax and commercial aspects related to the transaction by CDR Cattaneo Dall’Olio Rho & Partners with Dr. Giorgio Dall’Olio and attorney Omar Chiari.

Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A. was assisted, for legal aspects related to the financing, by Orrick with attorneys Marina Balzano and Maria Costa.
