Sergio has acquired a deep experience in corporate and tax matters and has provided and provides consultancy primarily in so called “special situations”. He is a business economist and, by favouring prevention and simplification, he accompanies businesses and families through the various stages of their life and is committed to the on-going search for the best way to ensure “generational continuity” and increase the corporate value.

Sergio has been involved in several operations of corporate and family wealth reorganization by taking an active part during the restructuring stage, with particular focus on taxation and corporate law. He has also advised clients on numerous M&A operations and has significant expertise in the fields of foundations and tax litigation.

Being an independent auditor, Sergio is member of the Board of Statutory auditors of several companies.
