Marcello has gained his first experience in the family business and has later worked as a young manager for a renowned hotel company.

In the following stage of his professional career Marcello has been dealing mainly with enterprises; this experience has allowed him to gain specific knowledge of the complex internal mechanisms of a business. Furthermore, Marcello has worked alongside the entrepreneur in terms of optimization of the company procedures, corporate and group taxation, access to the various forms of financing and credit-lines, corporate governance, relationships between shareholders, corporate restructuring (capital transactions, contributions, mergers, spin-offs and joint ventures), corporate crisis prevention and its management, family estate management and intergenerational wealth planning.
