Andrea provides consultancy in corporate and tax matters and he is included in the list of “The Trust in Italy” Association’s accredited trust experts.

He holds corporate posts as executive director, liquidator, member of boards of directors, member of boards of statutory auditors and supervisory bodies as per Leg. Decree 231/01.

Over the years Andrea has gained a significant experience in advising entrepreneurs and families as to wealth management, tax planning, reorganization of chains of corporate control, asset protection and intergenerational wealth transfer.

As a result of the acquired competences and the close network of relations with professionals and international financial intermediaries, Andrea regularly deals  with elaborate matters in the context of the management and resettlement of assets, trusts, family holdings and corporate structures.
