Milan, 29 July 2022 – SG Company SB, a company active in the Entertainment&Communication sector and listed on Euronext Growth Milan, has acquired 25% of Louder Italia, a Turin-based company specialising in integrated communication with a strong focus on B2C.

The acquisition consists of 12.5% from the sale of a stake from shareholders Davide Caggiano, Edoardo Cogo, Nicola Uliari and Gaetano Savio and the remaining 12.5% from a capital increase by SG Company SB.

Louder was assisted by TALEA Tax Legal Advisory, with a team comprising Andrea Rossi as financial advisor and Enrico Del Sasso and Melania Mazzon as legal advisors.
