With over 30 years of experience as a Certified Public Accountant, Emma has developed strong expertise in civil and tax advisory services (both domestic and international), primarily for corporations, partnerships, and non-commercial entities.

In addition to providing routine consultancy (including the preparation of financial statements and tax filings, as well as responses to queries and formal opinions—particularly on accounting and tax matters), she has been involved in extraordinary transactions such as M&A (participating in due diligence processes and in the calculation and verification of earn-out provisions), leveraged mergers, demergers, liquidations, and general group restructurings.

Over the years, Emma has served as Statutory Auditor for numerous companies, mainly operating in the pharmaceutical chemistry, textile, and robotics sectors.
She also has significant experience in the tax management of self-employed professionals and associated practices. Finally, she provides advisory services on preferential tax regimes, including those for inbound workers (impatriates), non-domiciled residents, and other special regimes.
